1. Visitors: Anyone may enter the University of Delaware Library and use books, periodicals, government documents, and electronic resources such as DELCAT Discovery within the Library building. Visitors who are not members of the University community should report to the Welcome Desk, located just before the turnstiles, to show photo identification and sign in to access the Library. Visitors who are at least 18 years of age and are not members of the University community can purchase a Public Borrower Card to check out materials. 2. Teaching and Learning Services: Provides resources, support, and services specifically designed to enhance teaching and learning at the university, including instructional materials, research guides, information literacy initiatives.

Education Resource Center: Offers specialized resources, materials, and support for students, faculty, and researchers in the field of education, including textbooks, curriculum materials, children's literature, educational technology, and research assistance, providing a dedicated space for exploring and accessing resources related to education.
